Japji Sahib – A Journey through the Cosmos

A couple of weeks ago I posted some audio samples of recordings of people reading English translations of the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. Today I just got a new draft sample audio of Guruka Singh reading a beautiful translation that he did.

It starts off quiet and alone, and then it feels like it builds and takes you on a journey through space and time. The background sounds of the Gong rocket you like a spaceship through the Galaxy.

It’s cool how each audio sample with the different readers and background sounds are very unique and different. Listening to them all is like a journey through life with many moods and aspects.

   japji sahib is the noor (the light) to salvation i always listen to it when im feeling down and need to connect with the almighty.
