I just got a copy of the new Snatam Kaur Live in Concert Album today and as soon as I got home I started watching the DVD 45 min video documentary (Path of Peace) which is part of this album. It was so inspiring to watch and see the "behind the scenes" of the Celebrate Peace Tour (Snatam Kaur and company) which meant to bring peace to people all over and from all backgrounds. Narayan snuggled up on the couch as I held Charanjeet Kaur in my lap sitting on the floor. The sounds and music made everyone (including Charanjeet) quite and relaxed. It was quite nice.
I then embarked on the next phase of my evening relaxation listening to the Audio CD of Snatam Kaur Live in Concert. I still had my parental duties to take care of so while listening to the CD after dinner I got the kids in the bathtub, cleaned them off, gave Charanjeet her nightly massage and dressed in pajamas. Near the middle of the CD when the kids were all taken care of I put on my wireless headphones and got "in the zone" lying on the couch listening to the music. All I can say is "aaaaahhhhhh". I melted away.
So, if you don’t have a copy of this new album head on over to SpiritVoyage.com to get one! (If you order before Oct 26th you can 20% off if you use the promo Code: autumn17 at checkout)
In related news: On Oct. 30th here in Santa Fe, New Mexico Snatam Kaur will be performing at The Yogi Bhajan Library of Teachings Benefit Concert and CD Release Party! (Even if you are not local this might just be a great chance for you to come visit us!)
Snatam Kaur will be performing songs from her first full-length live CD as well as showing portions of her new documentary "Path of Peace." Gurucharan Singh, the Director of Training for the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), will join Snatam to guide us through an experience of the sound current and the Self.
Snatam suggested this benefit concert as a way to support the work that KRI is doing in developing and preserving The Yogi Bhajan Library of Teachings. The musicians’ time is donated and all of the proceeds will go to support The Library of Teachings.
There are more than 8,000 audio and video recordings representing the 36 years of Yogi Bhajan’s teaching around the world. The goal is to have a complete searchable database of his teachings, including text, audio, and video, as well as a searchable photo archive. Six thousand lectures have already been transcribed and pilot projects for searching and preservation are currently in progress. With the support of Snatam and others, KRI will attain its goal of having the project completed by the end of 2012.
Come be a part of this beautiful evening! Tickets can be purchased online at www.kriteachings.org. And if you can’t be there – you can go online and donate to the Library of the Teachings today! Your generosity is keeping the legacy alive.

I got my package yesterday. I thought that DVD would show one complete song at different places so that there could been a better connection with the sangat. Little disappointed on the DVD.
But CD is excellent. As always.
I received my package last friday, I found the DVD excellent, the CD fantastic. By listening to the CD one is always connected with the sangat , you do not need visual shows to be connected to the sangat. Sangat can be with the one God.
I saw Snatam ji in England and one is oblivious to what is around as the shakti of the naam is so strong
The DVD was very good as it shows how hard it is to be on the road all the time.
God bless Snatamji, Guru Ganeshaji , Manish ji and Ramdass ji for taking time out in their lives to spread peace around the globe.
Can’t wait for the next CD
