ZindageeHere is yet another poem from "Furmaan Khalsa" by Siri Singh Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogi Ji. Some of the poems in this volume are so short and simple, and yet they are also very profound and deeply touching. Let me know if you enjoy them, and if so, I’ll keep on posting some more of them as I have the time.

…..Guruka Singh

Life is Flowing…

Moment to moment…

Flow with it,

And be sheltered from the hassles

Of time and space.

Life is full of Power…

Live it…

From breath…

To breath!

  3. Harleen Kaur says:

I don’t get it…if you flow with life (is temporary), are you really living it? aren’t you letting life pass you while you are simply breathing? How can you run away from time and space which make life powerful?

  4. Guruka Singh says:

He’s talking about living your life in the flow of God’s will. i.e., being fully present in each moment without ego and experiencing God’s power within you with each breath you take.

kiv sachi-aaraa ho-ee-ai kiv koorhai tutai paal.
hukam rajaa-ee chalnaa naanak likhi-aa naal.

Walk in God’s Will within and without.
O Nanak! It’s written in your Soul.

Time and space are not what make life powerful. They are simply the limitations which we learn how to transcend as we evolve into fully self-sensory beings. The part of our self to which we connect through the breath exists beyond time and space.

  6. Antonia D'Onofrio says:

You are very good at katha. And thank you for the dreamy snow piture and the picture of Gurruka Kaur and her beaming smile.

You are doing a great thing for those of use who are having a difficult time giving up our attachments to the MrSikhnet blog.

    Have a blissful Christmas weekend.

    Have a blissful

  7. Having a blissful christmas is okay if you celebrate Christ mas the way it should be, as a GUR SIKH I am currently remembering the shaadi of Guru GOBIND SINGH JI’s four beloved sons and mata Gujar kaur ji and the shaadi of thousands of sikh men and women at the time.

  8. Wahe Guru Ji Khalsa, Wahe Guru Ji Ki fateh
If we all feel good about ourselves then why is the world in such a mess and is Guru Nanak not right when he points his hand in the air and says: Nanak Dhukiya sab sansaar.
Please keep up the good work and encourage others that are on the wrong path to follow the Guru Granth sahib. That is all our goals till the 300 celebrations of GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI. The whole world will bow to the truth on day AND BE BAPTISED.
