Here is an old video of a class that he taught in Los Angeles. We used to have classes like this all the time. It is about 50 minutes long (the video). I know it is dark…but the audio is what counts.
guys, i was straining to hear what was being said. i only could do it for 5 minutes. (about how no one has a perfect all around life…something’s always missing…being a perfectionist it’s really hard to take on new things without giving up quality in already existing things)
anyway to improve the audio of this? or is it just me?
I would love to be able to hear it as well…the volume is TOOO low. If you can tell if there is any way to work around it, that’ll be really appreciated
If you open up your audio control (double click on the little speaker icon in your windows task bar next to the time). Raise of the “master volume” and the “wav” volume…and of course raise up the volume on your speakers.
I had to turn up the volume on my computer and on my speakers all the way, but I could hear it once I did that.

This is a great lecture! It cuts out at the end. I was trying to do the meditation with it and I couldn’t complete it because the recording ended.
