    Does Mahan Kirin kaur teaches lotus (kundylani) yoga?

    I used to think that Kundylani yoga is USELESS, but after going for first class in life I felt a huge difference!!
    These Exercises strengthen our back muscles, neck muscles so that we can sit straight during meditation. I think it prepares the body for DEEP meditation ( Vaheguru Simran) and also when Banis are read mind is more clearer than before!

    Breath of fire is my favorite ones.
