Gandhi was intelligent enough to say thought provoking things, but did he live by them? He is often accredited with the ‘liberation’ of Harijans. Ask THEM, instead of Gandhi apologists, what he has done for them. He was a mischevious politician who instead of taking a stand on a particular issue, pandered to a particular segment of society to gain their trust and push his brahministic agenda. This is the same agenda which today continues to enslave (literally) minorities all over India.
Many oppressors at one point or another have said insightful things. Can we take their comments at just face value or will we educate ourselves on their true nature?
