Teaching about Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Health in India (On TV)

Just recently there was a new TV program on a Punjabi Channel in India (PTC) called "The ‘Y of Life". This is a program in a mix of Punjabi and English on Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. The first set of episodes were done with Siri Bhrosa Kaur and Gurmukh Kaur (who you might remember being featured in Vanity Fair Magazine).

Below you can watch parts of the first two episodes. If you are in India you can watch the new episodes on PTC. I split the video into individual parts and setup a video playlist so when one finishes the next will start.

Exactly what i needed. Feeling bad and needed a pick me up, I love Gurmukh’s attitude. I reccommend to all to read her book, 8 Human Talents. She is a very honest and clear communicator, even in her dvd (which i also reccomend) and her manner is always so humble, you cant help but love her. Wondeful daughter of the Khalsa. Sat Nam.

Yes, This is what we have been waiting for. Hope other channels in Punjab, those which are busy in airing just the junk punjabi songs, wake up and start showing this program. Only 3HO techers can make an impact. This is the best combination of Sikh lifestyle and techniques.

I am an independent scientific researcher. My interest turned to metaphysics and I took a formal course in yoga that intensified my interests in metaphysics. As I find, there is abundant interest of people in yoga but people in general fail to interiorize mind deeply due to lack of sufficient inner perception that is mandatory to follow prana-energy. I developed a certain instrument-based technique to rouse such inner perception in a novel way. The electronic signal transfer does not need direct body contact for safety reasons and the signal transfer is completely acoustic. As supplement to this electronic system I developed a special form of meditation. The combined effect of these dual systems allow the learner to develop the necessary inner perception in a short time, usually within ten to fifteen minutes. Such inner attunement is so deep that it rouses intense joy in ten minutes that a yogi takes ten to twenty years! Thus, the instrument teaches inner perception and the supplementary meditation teaches him to reverse the flow of prana at will. Thus, he not only can rouse intense spiritual joy, but also can apply that spiritual energy in actual life. I developed this instrument purely on the basis of my curiosity. But as i find, this invention can benefit people greatly who live in this age of hurry. My system does not replace God, of course, but is an enormous help to learners. Once he lays foundation in this manner, he so desires, may join standard meditation courses on the basis of his realization of prana-energy. Please communicate if we can mutually try out some test runs.
