Here is a short audio affirmation by Yogi Bhajan which I used to listen to quite often. Hearing it allowed me to to relax and not worry about things. Sometimes I get stressed out or feel overwhelmed and listening to it helps me relax and let go. So often we are in a hurry and want things to happen right away.
Anyways… I was listening to it tonight on my computer and the winamp visualizations were going on so I decided to record it with some "visuals" just for fun. They might be more of a distraction…when you should probably be paying attention to the words, but anyways… it was fun for me…even if though the video came out a bit jurky.

One who has created this universe, all the planets, planetary faculties and facilities on Earth, He is the One who has created you. All the faculties and facilities of the Creation, which are in your best interest, shall be at your feet. I used to listen to this everyday in 2004, around the time Siri Singh Sahib left his body, I listened so many times to try and write it all done. Now I can listen to it everyday once again.
