Dev Dharam Singh is from England and brought some of his English culture to little Espanola. In the afternoon of the wedding day, instead of a standard wedding reception they had a fun and relaxing English Tea Party. Lots of teas and yummy desserts. There was even a signed picture from the queen herself who couldn’t make it for the tea party
