im confused about Monotony?:( i read the definition and all but still didnt make much sense to me. could someone please help me! i’ll try to listen to the katha again.. but please help!

Gurpreet K. basically “monotony” means in simple terms is when something has the same routine, the same flow and does not have much varitiation to it or it does not change alot. I hope this helps. its as simple as i can put it.
