   In my Gurdwara Sahib, the bride father is only allowed to stand. The reason is nowadays the bride matured enough to move around without any support, not in early centuries where her face - almost covered.

   This is really nice. Most Gurudwara’s don’t allow this now, and I really miss it at weddings. Where is sardar Himmat Singh, missing him.
