I cant see why some sikhs still have a negative image of Yoga, after all whats the harm, after all naam simran is yoga, the highest type of yoga, and the most supreme. For bodily health other types of yoga are good, jus like exercise is good. The only thing sikhs need to remember is that ony naam simran results in mukti, and in that respect all other types of yoga, austerities will not deliver one to mukti - just as going to the gym won’t result in mukti, but its still recommended you go.
