Well, it is now official. Snatam Kaur is Engaged to Sopurkh Singh (who lives in Espanola)! I was wondering when she might find her match, and who the lucky person would be. Especially being a single superstar musician :) Congratulations!
If you haven’t heard her music I highly recommend that you take a listen. You can hear clips on SikhNet and short clips/purchase CDs on SpiritVoyage.com. She tours around so you can also check their tour schedule to see if she is coming to your area.
Snatam Kaur is an old friend of mine and now a very well known Sikh musician. Her music is a blend of Gurbani and Western Music. It’s very original. Check it out.
I have some old pictures of our first trip to Hemkunt Sahib. When I get a working scanner I’ll post some of the pictures.

Yes…I’m coming.. but haven’t finalized the plans. I will definitely be at SikhStudent.org camp and maybe a few days of KhalsaCamp. They are far appart so we’ll see.
I’ll post my plans when I get things more set.

Well, im going to be at Khalsa Camp, so if you can come it will be wicked.
Anyway, Sikh student & Khalsa camp are both unique in their own ways so i recommend you see both, you never know when your gonna be in England again

Thanks for the tip! The main thing I think was figuring out how to travel between the camps. I figure I could do 3 days or so of each.
How does one travel around England? It looks like a long drive up north where Khalsa Camp is.

suh-nah’-tum,with emphasis on the “nah” and the “suh” is very short. It is NOT pronounced sna’-tum.
