Behind the Scenes – Kids Story Project

Behind the Scenes – Kids Story Project

This past year one of the projects SikhNet has undertaken was to produce new weekly Sikh audio stories for Children and Adults alike to enjoy! Hopefully you have had a chance to listen to some of them because they are great. There are currently about 50 audio stories to choose from. Listen while going to sleep, listen in the car, listen wherever!

Now in addition to the audio stories we have produced a few physical products that you can enjoy these same stories in different ways. 4 Audio CDs which contain most of the stories on a CD, so you can listen at home or in the car if you don’t have an MP3 player or just prefer a CD.  Then we have new full color story books which which contains a short version of the audio story with a color illustration (over 40 stories in the book!). Then to go with that we have a small coloring book which kids can color after hearing the stories.

So you might have heard all this and known about it, but most of you don’t know what it takes to create these types of things. Well, we made a video to give you a behind the scenes look at the Children’s Story project.

We hope that after watching the video that you will be inspired to Support SikhNet with a donation so that in 2010 we can do even more!
