I got the following email today from family with the below picture and text:
I don’t know if you’ve heard, but starting Jan 1, 2008 you will no longer be able use a cell phone ANYWHERE while driving unless you have a "hands free" adapter. I went to Circuit City and Good Guys, they wanted $50 for a hands free adapter!!! I have managed to get hold of some "off brand" units and was wondering if anyone is interested. These kits are compatible with any mobile phone and one size fits all. I paid $8 each for buying in quantity. I’m selling them for $10. I tried them out on Motorola, Sony, Qualcomm, & Nokia phones and they worked PERFECTLY. A photo is attached of the last one I sold. Take a look and let me know if you want one."
This guy ripped off our original patent of this headset product. Obviously he didn’t know how to tie a turban and settled with the "generic" version trying to get past patent loop holes! Say "NO!" to knock-off generic head sets like this one!
The world famous Gurujot Singh (SikhNet) was the inventor of the ORIGINAL "hands free" headset for Sikhs. So if you wear a turban, no need for those bluetooth shmew-tooth headsets. You are already equiped and ready!! You no longer have to look like a cyborg with blinking blue lights emanating from your ear! Just 1-2-3 and you are ready to chat away! It’s quite fashionable as well!
Ps. I wouldn’t recommend this method for regular calls since one of the reasons why I like the hands free headsets is to minimize radiation from the phone into my head, and this method doesn’t help you in that area. Gurujot Singh wears a Dhumalla turban which doesn’t leave room for most wireless headsets so I quite frequently see him on the phone like this. The picture above is from earlier today when he was on the phone. (For real!). Quite ingenious! Hahaha…

Sat Nam,
Apparently you are not aware that the frequencies of a cell phone are very dangerous for us, especially in the contact zone on the head. (
