  1. Great post! I always believed in self-talk. What do you “say” (think or speak or react) to your self most of the time is whats gonna happen. But what i am having a challenge is to stay positive ALL THE TIME and NEVER get over-powered by circumstances of life. What I learned from this video is – DAILY DISCIPLINE . Morning prayer and meditation will give me enough energy to fight my fights throughout the day. Thanks for sharing this video.

    everytime i listen to any of Guruka Singh’s videos, i immediately forget all my troubles and feel good all over again….some fantastic advise he gave there : )
