Perpetual Identity

Here is another great lecture by SSS Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogiji from Jan. 22 1989 that we heard in Gurdwara today. As always, his lectures cover so many interesting topics. In this lecture a few of the things that I remember him talking about was: being a parent and teaching your child, your name and what it means for you, being a Sikh and Doing Yoga, explanation of different bani, Taking care of your body, etc.

These lectures are great for those times when you are driving to work or school and have some time to just listen. Enjoy :)

A highly enlightening and motivating speech. My soul is very thankful to you for sharing Siri Yogi Bhajan Ji’s uplifting lecture, with the cybersangat. This lecture put a very clear picture of the significance of yoga in front of me. I really want to learn Kundalini yoga. However, i do not know where to look for. I live in New York. If you are aware of any place in NYC where gurmat based Kundalini yoga is taught within NY,can you please let me know. That will be great.
