Getting a Saropa

This is one of the few things that I remember from when I went to India for the first time (1979, about 4-5 years old). I was given a Saropa at Manji Sahib, next to Harmandir Sahib (along with my mother and other western Sikhs). I remember looking into the sangat and giving a Jakara.

Pictured is Myself, Gurcharan Singh Tohra and some others who I don’t know.
